Jocelyn is a director of Harrigans Lane Collective, creating explorative interdisciplinary projects in rural Australia with a focus on architecture, music, arts, design, and environment. She is also an adjunct research fellow with the Creative Arts Research Institute, Griffith University, having retired from academia in 2019. Jocelyn has a particular interest in chamber music, new Australian music, inter-arts collaborations and the specialty field of music and architecture.

Natalie Williams is a composer, academic and artistic manager. She has worked as a University Dean of the Performing Arts in the United States and held faculty positions in music theory and composition in the USA and Australia. Natalie holds a Graduate Certificate in Management from the Australian National University and a Doctoral degree from Indiana University’s Jacobs School of Music.

Therese has been heavily involved in curating, producing and administrating Muses Trio’s performance activities and recordings since the ensemble’s inception in 2013. She has also produced multiple events for Anywhere Festival and Fringe Brisbane, in addition to regularly  producing independent events in non-traditional spaces. 

She is an advocate for musicians’ injury prevention and rehabilitation, providing access for curious interstate and international students through online learning since 2009, alongside creating and producing national workshops, teacher training and lectures for music teachers’ groups and conferences.  Therese is also a Principal Artist of Topology, joining the band in 2009, and serves on the Topology Board. 

Louise’s professional practice is grounded in regional development, arts leadership, audience development, and advocacy for social well-being through arts with established networks nationwide.

She brings a wealth of expertise in project management, arts administration, regional arts leadership, education and community engagement.  She has a proven track record in start-ups, fundraising, establishing partnerships, strategic planning, festival programming, marketing and designing education programs that enhance social well being and build cultural tourism plus economic and artistic benefits for project stakeholders. 

Her passion for the arts is reflected in her commitment to fostering creative connections and diverse collaborations with independent practicing creatives, especially with First Nations artists.  She produces signature events such as summer retreats, concert series, and Long Listen Festival. 

Louise is a member of several key small arts organisations based on the Sunshine Coast, Gubbi Gubbi country and is a guest presenter and facilitator for small arts business incubator programs delivered by regional councils and partners.

Christa brings a wealth of experience to the Muses Inc Management Committee from her ongoing work as music educator, violinist and administrator for Topology. Budgeting, billing, reconciliations, tax concerts, the status of the organisation, consulting with the bookkeeper and the accountant, and the running of projects and performances are all monitored and recorded by Christa. Christa also reports to and advises the board on finances and other matters.   Christa Powell is responsible for budgeting, financial records, coordinating the band members, organising rehearsals, tour management and strategic planning. As treasurer on the Topology board, Christa informs the effective decision making of the organisation on day-to-day operations, as well as addressing long-term funding requirements and program plans. 

Sarah Bradley AO is a lawyer and former Queensland judge. She currently holds volunteer roles in a number of humanitarian organisations.

Erica Hart is an experienced producer, programming director and researcher with high level skills in creative development of new works, regional community engagement of arts events across Queensland, and Remote community cultural developments. Erica’s most significant work experience includes Program Director of Queensland Music Festival, Producer – Brisbane Festival and more recently consulting projects for Queensland Symphony Orchestra, Redlands Performing Arts Centre and QPAC.
